Article 12 – Every child has the right to express their views and opinions
Dear Parents,
As you know, the past twelve months have been a difficult time for everyone, including our children. I’m sure you will agree that they have done us proud. They have continued to work hard both at school and remotely at home. They have shown resilience and maturity as they have adjusted to our ever-changing circumstances.
To celebrate, our ‘School Council’ would like to create a positive memory of this time. We are in the process of designing and making tea towels. There will be a tea towel with all of the Nursery children on and another with the faces of every child from Reception – Year 6. These will feature every child’s face and name (first names only) and will say:
‘Our Rainbow Children – Our Superheroes’

The year the world stood still.
They will be printed in full colour on 100% white cotton and will measure 78cms x 48cms in size (sizes can vary slightly). These are available to order now and will be ready in 4-6 weeks. They will cost £5.00 which must be paid upfront to secure our order. If you would like to purchase one (or more) please complete the form online. This can be found in the forms tab on the school website/app with the title – Tea Towels.
Please select from the following options in the forms tab:
Nursery only Tea Towel order (Nursery children only will be on this towel)
or
Rec - Year 6 only Tea Towel Order (Every child from Rec - Year 6 who attends on the day they producing the artwork, will appear on this tea towel)
You can then send in the money in a clearly labelled envelope with your child(rens) name/class on to secure your order. This means that both the online form and monies need to be received in school by Wednesday 26th May 2021, before your order can be processed.
