On Friday 6^th June, there will be a year 3/4 cricket trials taking place in school. If your child is interested in taking part in this event, they need to notify their class teacher on the day. Your child is not required to bring any extra sports kit into school for this event: they will wear their normal PE kit. Unfortunately, not every child will be successful in gaining a place in the team and some children may be disappointed. During these sessions I will try to encourage the children to view it as a fun opportunity to play cricket as part of an extra session of sport in their school day and not to put too much pressure on gaining a place on the team. The successful children will be notified through an email and the details of the competition will be included.
