NURSERY AND RECEPTION - CHRISTMAS CRAFT AND SINGALONG 2024

This year, we would like to invite you into school for our Early Years Christmas Craft session and sing-along on Tuesday 17th December 2024.
Nursery session 10:00am - 11.15am – Please enter through the usual entrance.
Reception session 1.45pm - 3.00pm – Parents wait at the usual entrance.
Please note, due to restricted space in the classroom, we can only accommodate one parent/guardian per child. (We really cannot fit any other adults in the setting). We appreciate that a lot of parents work or have other engagements; therefore there will be other opportunities for you to work in school with your child.
Children should come dressed as a Christmas character e.g. Joseph, Mary, shepherd, angel, snowman, Santa, reindeer, donkey or wear something festive. Parents are welcome to dress up too – should they wish!
The sessions would entail the following:
• Parents to arrive at the times stated above
• Staff will greet parents and explain the format of the session
• Working time together, teachers to support.
• Children to sing-along to parents – Christmas medley

Parents can then take their children home with them. If your child attends afternoon nursery, then they can stay as usual.

If your child goes to after school clubs or another provider, this arrangement will continue in the usual way.
