Friday 11th July – Blanford’s Birthday Bash – 1:15pm to 4:00pm
All families’ welcome!

We’re excited to invite you to Blanford’s Birthday Bash on Friday 11th July, from 1:15pm to 4:00pm.

The Year 3/4 KS2 gate will open at 1:00pm for a prompt 1:15pm start, when the children will begin their performance.

After the performance:

• If you are attending, your child will be sent to join you.
• If not, they will remain with a staff member for the rest of the afternoon.  If they are attending After School Club or Play box, please write this in your child's planner tomorrow or Thursday, so that staff know the plan at the end of the afternoon.

You are welcome to enjoy the stalls and support the event, with live music performances from DPA, Kingswinford, and Summerhill schools throughout the afternoon. Once you’ve enjoyed the celebration, feel free to leave via the Year 3/4 KS2 gate when you are ready to depart.

Reminders:

• Children should only bring their water bottle, hat, wear their uniform and apply sun cream.
• If your child is having a packed lunch, please send it in a disposable bag, as they will not be collecting any belongings afterward.
• No book bags are needed on the day.
• If your child will not be accompanied by an adult, please send them with a labelled purse or wallet containing money to spend at the stalls.
