Dear Parents,

The Condover trip is almost here! Please read the reminders below before we leave.

• If your child needs medication, please place it in a labelled zip bag with clear instructions and the times it should be taken.
• If you would like to send paracetamol or Calpol for minor headaches or pain, please also place it in a labelled zip bag.
• If needed, please send two inhalers and two EpiPens. Children will carry their own inhaler and EpiPen.
• Children may bring up to £10 pocket money in a labelled purse or wallet.
• Please send a sleeping bag, but do not attach it to the suitcase with a cable tie.
• All belongings must be clearly labelled.
• Every child must bring a coat or waterproof jacket with a hood.
• Children should wear long trousers and long-sleeved tops for most activities.
• Please remember to pack a packed lunch for Wednesday in a disposable bag.

The weather is expected to improve by Wednesday, so we hope the sun will shine and everyone will enjoy the trip.

Please note that watches, smart watches, phones, electronics, and jewellery are not allowed.

Girls’ hair must be tied back in a low ponytail or plait, as they will need to wear headgear for activities when we arrive.
