We are currently reviewing the places for our Breakfast Club. Would you please complete this form indicating if you still require a place for the next academic year and also which days/sessions your child(ren) would like to attend?
Please complete this form by Friday 30th June 2023 (at 3pm) at the latest to secure your places. After this date, we will release un-booked places to those on the waiting list.
