Parents Consultations – Reception to Year 6
Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th October 2025
Dear Parents and Carers,
Our Parents Meetings for Reception to Year 6 will be held this term on Wednesday 15th and Thursday 16th October 2025. Please note that Miss Davis (Year 1DJ) will be holding her meetings slightly earlier, on Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th October 2025.
Nursery appointments will take place during the mornings of Thursday 16th October (Nursery - Mrs Smith) and Friday 17th October (Nursery - Miss Morris).
All appointments should be booked online using the SchoolLife app or website on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. The booking system will be open from Tuesday 30th September until Friday 10th October 2025. If you are unable to book a slot, it may be because you are not logged into the app/website. If you need any help, please contact the school office.
Each teacher has their own availability, which may differ slightly, and meetings will last a maximum of 8 minutes per family. If you feel you need more time, please speak to your child’s teacher to arrange a follow-up appointment.
When booking, you can also add an optional note if there is something specific you would like to discuss. If the dates provided are not convenient, simply write a message in your child’s planner and their teacher will arrange an alternative time with you.
We kindly ask parents not to contact the school office to make bookings, as all appointments must be arranged online.
