Coffee Morning Invitation – Friday 26th September 2025

Dear Parents and Carers,

We’d love you to join us for our annual Coffee Morning on Friday 26th September 2025, from 9.00am – 10.15am. For just a £2.00 donation per person, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a slice of cake – all while supporting a wonderful cause. Our Music Club will also be performing throughout the morning, making this a really special event.

To make the morning even more successful, we would be very grateful for cake donations – whether homemade or shop-bought. Please send these in with your child on Thursday 25th or Friday 26th September.

Children are invited to wear their own clothes on the day and make a minimum donation of £1 via School Money. In return, they will receive a drink and a treat. Let’s see if we can beat last year’s fantastic total together!

As we are a cashless school, tickets for the coffee morning will be available to purchase in the School Money ‘Shop’. Simply add the number of tickets you require to your basket (by clicking the + button).

For those who would like to make an additional charitable donation to Macmillan Cancer Research, there will be a voluntary payment option available on your child’s School Money account. You can donate any amount over the specified minimum. If you’d like to Gift Aid your donation, Gift Aid forms will be available at the coffee morning.

This is always a much-loved event in our school calendar, and we really hope you can join us to enjoy a slice of cake, a cup of tea, and some lovely music – all while raising money for such a worthy cause.
