As part of our exciting History and Geography topic, "Romans in Britain", we are always looking for engaging opportunities to bring learning to life and enrich the children's experiences.

On the 21st September, 2026, we are delighted to offer the children the opportunity to take part in a Roman Workshop, led by a specialist external provider. The activities will take place over the whole day and the children will experience what it is like to be a Roman soldier and learn about what life was like in Roman Britain. 

To enable this experience to take place, we are asking for a contribution of £4.33 per child to be received by the 15th July. The workshop can only go ahead if sufficient funding is received.  By paying the contribution, you are consenting for your child to take part. Your prompt response will help us secure this exciting opportunity and ensure that all children can benefit from this enriching learning experience.

We are confident that the workshop will be an enjoyable and valuable addition to our topic and will provide the children with lasting memories of their learning journey.
