Dear Parents and Carers,

Parents’ meetings for Reception to Year 6 will take place this term on Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th February 2026.

Please note that Mr Kimberley (Reception LK) will hold his meetings earlier, on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th February 2026.

Nursery appointments will take place during the mornings of:

• Thursday 5th February (Nursery - Miss Morris)
• Friday 6th February (Nursery - Mrs Smith)

All appointments must be booked online using the SchoolLife app or website on a tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. The booking system will be open from today until Sunday 1st February 2026.

Each teacher has their own availability, and appointments will last up to 8 minutes per family. If you feel you need more time, please speak to your child’s teacher to arrange a follow-up meeting.

When booking, you may also add an optional note if there is something specific you would like to discuss. If the available dates are not convenient, please write a note in your child’s planner and the teacher will arrange an alternative time.

We kindly ask that parents do not contact the school office to make bookings, as all appointments must be made online.
