Monster Mash Fun – Thursday 22nd October 2020

We would like to invite your child to a ‘Monster Mash Disco’ on Thursday 22nd October 2020 Years Rec to Year 6 only.

This year due to the Coronavirus we will be holding this event on the afternoon of Thursday 22nd October.  This is so that we can maintain our ‘bubbles’ that the children are in and keep children safe whilst having a fun and exciting end to the half term.  Children should be collected at their usual time at the end of the day.

We will be having a Monster/ghouls/witch/wizard/ghost/pumpkin etc. themed fancy day. Children can have their faces made up – but we ask that no masks are worn and that children do not bring accessories with their costumes please.  Children can also come in their own clothes, if they prefer.

There will be a DJ, as well as dancing and party games; a drink and a treat will be provided too. This will take place in the hall at allocated time slots, so that children are maintaining their bubbles.  Then back in classes, children will partake with more fun, games and activities.

We are asking each parent for a voluntary contribution of £2.00. This will cover the cost of the event and provide prizes for the children.

We hope that you will support this fun event and clearly understand the reason that this will take place.  It will be a nice end for the children to a very different first half term!

If you would like to support this event, please send the money into school with your child in a named envelope from tomorrow.

If you have further questions, please write in your child's planner.

Thank you

Miss Stanton and Mrs Miller
