FREE SCHOOL MEAL PROVISION FOR THOSE THAT MEET THE BENEFIT REQUIREMENTS.

During the period of school closure, we are currently aiming to provide Free School Meals, for children whose parents meet the benefit requirements.  We can confirm that:

  • Although there is a blanket school closure, schools will remain open for those children whose parents/guardians are key front line workers. 
  • Free school meal provision will continue to be available for those that meet the benefit requirements within Reception, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2;  these ‘grab bags’ will be available for collection by the parent/guardian from 10am in the foyer, with your child’s name. 
  • We will be providing a Grab Bag provision only, to include: A cheese or ham sandwich, a piece of fruit, a cake and we are hoping to also include a yoghurt, however, this is not yet confirmed.  A drink will not be provided if you are taking it away.

    • If you require your Free School Meal ‘grab bag’ then we ask that you email the office on info@blanford.dudley.sch.uk stating your child’s name and the days you would require a grab bag.
